Dirty Leather

I've lived in the Truro area all my life until I was 19. I now live in Antigonish and attend St. Francis Xavier University. I'm not that interesting of a character I like to write, workout, listen to music, and I try to share a little of that with you guys. I realize alot of people don't like the fact I became a skinhead instead of being a punk, but I think the punk thing just wasn't me anymore and I can accept that, this suits me better at this point in time anyway. I'm not going to be one of those people who says "I'll always be a punk no matter how I dress"  because it's a crock of shit in my opinion. People can change; so I say change all you want but just don't forget where you came from.

When Dirty Leather rose from the dirty streets of Antigonish
WIth my feet still bearing soil from the punk scene in Truro I arrived back in Antigonish one cold February afternoon. I watched a Tim Hortons cup roll across the pavement in the wind as my spit hit the ashphalt.Stopping by the radio station I began talking to a guy I later learned was the Gusanator(Angus McPhee, no relation to Harry Potter). After setting foot inside the DJ booth there was no turning back.
Then with an odd twist of fate I was on the air waves in a punk rock explosion. It was funny the show came to the time it did, it filled a void in my life that had been growing for sometime. It let me release feelings I could not express in the weight room nor yelling out my window at innocent bystandards, and the music solidified it all. Don't get me wrong though, I'm still pissed off and Nihilistic as ever.
